The playfield incorporates many fun ‘toys’ such as the sinking pirate ship and treasure chest, and overall it has a great feeling of solidity and quality. The gameplay has also been praised by collectors, who describe it as ‘fast-paced and challenging’. Skilled players will find that four successive hits on the ‘Interceptor’ ship will send it sinking slowly below the playfield – a brilliantly innovative feature that never fails to amuse.
